To change the things that happen to you, you have to change your assumptions. To change your assumptions, you have to change your mood.
Want to be rich? Change your mood to one of constant generosity. If you are generous with others, life will be generous with you.
Want friends? Get in the mood for being friendly. When your mood changes, your assumptions about how other people feel about you will change.
Shyness goes away when you get in the mood to be friendly.
Behind every assumption is a mood. When the mood changes, all assumptions tied to that mood change.
Your mood can change everything about you. Literally. Change your mood and everything changes.
